The construction of a student dormitory building for the TSK Eğitim Vakfı (TAF Education Foundation), located in Istanbul Maslak, will be realized with Serban's commitment to producing socially beneficial projects. The dormitory, with 276 rooms and a capacity of 826 beds, will be designed to ensure comfort for students, featuring a total of 11 floors, including those with lobbies and social facilities.
